Our approach
Our business model is very simple as we are not trying to reinvent a new thing. We buy certainty of existing cash-flow from oil and gas producing assets — Working Interest (PDP), Royalty Interests (RI), or Overriding Royalty Interests (ORRI) — over proved and plentiful reserves. Our diligence efforts include modeling the sustainability and consistency of existing cash flows and decline data, and then objectively ascertain value wherefrom we adopt our proprietary “Max-Bid Value”.
Proprietary Due Diligence & Model
As a qualified and registered auction and negotiated sale bidder, we upload financial and decline data into our GAAP compliant proprietary Cash-Flow Model (CFM) to organize and objectively conduct due diligence, analyze asset performance, project cash flow sustainability, and test long-term profitability. Our proprietary Max-Bid Value algorithm provides valuation estimates we use to set risk management bidding parameters, and our CFM allows for real-time “what if” forecasting ability to aid in establishing operating benchmarks.

Our registered office is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma USA, and we have an active presence in Chicago, and in Dubai — where we hold a valid Professional License from the Government of Dubai, UAE.
